Credit card limit, balance, and available credit numbers are uneven?

ok so I've only had a credit card for a few months

The limit is $1250. I spent almost all of it but made an $800 payment on it yesterday. When I check my account online it says the balance is $447, but the available credit is only $2! I have US Bank. Do you think it just takes a while to show up? Why would the balance update but not the available credit? |||You probably scared them to death by using up the whole line of credit within the first couple of months of having the account...

Better check with them and verify what your credit limit is again..

Your $800 dollar payment posted otherwise you wouldn't have a balance of $447 and when you add the min. finance charge of $1,

that is going to be billed soon, then you have $448 with $2 left on a $450 credit line.

Better call them and ask what is going on... and by the way... stop running up your card, banks are so jittery right now that they can use any reason to lower your credit limit. Especially when you run up the card... they don't know you well enough yet and are afraid you will stiff them with a maxed out card.|||That seems a little strange. I would call the 800 number on the back of your card or on your statement and ask|||It may take a day or two for the account's files to refresh and show the updated balance. I would give it a few days and check. If not, give the card's customer service a call to find out for sure.
