How do you raise your available credit?

My available credit is $44.00 out of a credit limit of $300.00. My current balance is $201.00.

I usually transfer money onto the from my dads account, but it never lets me transfer a lot, and especially not more $300.000

Any help?|||小redit repair work械d fine to fix my credit. They disputed and removed lots of bad items from my credit report. I used this service - buildcredit.ifastnet.com|||How to raise your credit limit:

Pay your credit card bill in full.

Wait for the payment to post (clear).

Call the credit card company and request a limit increase.

You must have the account in solidly good standing for at least 6 months before requesting a limit increase.

Continue paying the bill in full each month.

This way you never pay interest and get those top notch scores.

It is 100% myth that carrying balances is good for you - nothing could be further from the truth.

Carrying balances can actually devastate your credit and your life.

Landlords check, so do employers and car insurance companies (you'll pay more).

Remember - pay in full each month from now on.

/|||Pay off the balance. Then your whole $300 limit will once again be available.|||Back when I had credit cards (thank God I don't have them any longer), every time I would get close to my limit they would send me a notice that said "Good news! Your limit has been increased!" That got me into a lot of trouble........quick.

You can call the phone number on the back of the card and request a credit increase. Sometimes (if your payment history is stellar) they will increase it right over the phone. Sometimes they will not.
