When will hr block have the electronic form available for the hybrid tax credit?

I want to finish filing my taxes and am waiting for HR Block to make the electronic version of the Hybrid Tax Credit form available. It was suppose to occur by the end of January but here we are approaching the middle of Feb. I want to file so I can get my return. Filing and doing an amended return is not an option.|||You would need to contact the customer service at H%26amp;R Block to find out if the form is available to you and if there is an update that you need to get for your program
