How come I have a $1500 credit limit but available credit $0 when I paid the bill?

I have a $1500 on my credit card. I've never missed a payment and have paid the last payment that I received. I have a balance of $0. What I don't understand is why my current available credit is also $0. I don't understand why this is when everything has been paid. I haven't even used the car in a couple of months.|||perhaps finance charges and other fees have eaten away your credit limit leaving you with no available balance right now. even though you paid the minimum due the bank might hold on to making the money available as credit to you till the payment clears. your best bet is to call the number on your account and find out from they exactly what is up they will go over evertyhing with you and see why you have no available credit left. it could just be that with all the economy problems lately more banks are restricting access to credit limits when they get close. good luck hope this helps a little.|||Unfortunately the banks don't have as much money to lend any more, and many are reducing or canceling people's credit lines, and credit cards.

Call your bank, and find out what's up with yours.|||Most likely the bank that issued your card has canceled it. It's happening to a lot of us. Thanks to the dead beats that don't pay their bills and the credit crunch.
